We start with real lumber- cut it, finish it, and paint it with 4 coats of high-quality paint. Then we use real lead and real erasers so our pencils really work! The copper ferrules and pink erasers make BIG PENCILS very unique and eye-catching. Each pencil is finished with your custom-printed message or advertising.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND RATES

Standard Colors: Yellow, Black, White, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Red, and Dark Green. (custom colors available)*

Normal Production Time: 2-3+ Weeks. (usually less for smaller quantity) Depending on quantity. Inquire for approximate time.

Normal Packaging: Bulk; up to 28 pencils per box wrapped in brown craft paper.

Special Packing: Placed in individual cardboard storage tubes. Storage tubes $2.00 each.

IMPRINTING AND PERSONALIZATION

Price includes 2 location imprinting with 1 standard color. You can have up to 6 lines of imprinting.
If you want more than 2 lines then it’s an additional $0.25 per line.

Method of Imprinting: Silkscreen. Add $30.00 silkscreen charge. No screen charge for exact repeat orders.
                                     Optional vinyl lettering can be used on less than minimum orders (1-5 pencils) with no screen charge.
                                     Vinyl lettering also available for larger quantities of non-exact imprint. (different on each pencil)

Silkscreen Colors: White, Black, Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, and Light Yellow. (custom colors available)*

Vinyl Lettering: $1 each per line. (approximately 30 characters per line on P-44)

Vinyl Imprint Coloring: Black, White, Yellow, Light Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Orange, Burgundy, and Gray.

Artwork Requirements: Artwork accepted in e-mails, hard disk, or hard copy printed on plain white paper with correct dimensions.

Accepted Artwork Formats: All standard imaging. ( .bmp, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, .psd, .pdf ) [ All Professional Adobe Formats ]
